Truth: Singaporeans love good food. So much so that you can literally rate how good the food of a particular store is, just by the length of the queue outside that store. And then, almost immediately and unknowingly, you'll find yourself being assimilated into the long winding worm of wait. Living in such a multiracial society, Singaporeans are amongst the luckiest in the world, to be exposed to such a myriad of cuisines. Everybody is sure to have their very own personal favorite!
So this week, the Rediscover crew ventured into the heart of Tiong Bahru Market Food Centre, asking the most scary kind of Singaporeans (the hungry ones) what are some of the dishes and delicacies that they will be willing to spend their precious time waiting for. A BIG thank you to the 36 hungry Singaporeans who spared a precious bit of their lunch time to share with us some of their favorite food!
